This 2Blo Productions, LLC (“we”, “us, “our”) privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, and retain personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect, when you use the site located at www.spotmyapp.com (the “Site”) and its associated mobile application “Spotmy” (the “App” and together with the Site, collectively, the “Service”). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting it, although we and you both acknowledge that you may voluntarily choose to share photos, videos, posts, games, or other content through our Service. While we will protect information such as account information and other personal data that you enter confidentially (such as payment information), you acknowledge that information or content which you make available to other users of the Service such as your profile and your games will not be treated as confidential and may be accessed by other users of the Service or even outside of the Service. In the end, the Service is provided for entertainment and for advertising, you will be able to interact with other users and brands. Please be smart about what you post and what you share.

1. Information We Collect through the Service:

This information also includes information about your content submissions, which may include photos, videos, posts, comments, user statistics (such as likes, follows, views), search results, messages, games, and other content that you generate and post on the Service. You may also share your contacts and friends lists with us, but we will not access them without your permission. Please ensure that you limit the information you provide accordingly. If you post information on public areas of the Service that information may be collected and used by us, other users of the Service, and the public generally.
1.2 Information Automatically Collected Through the Service. We may automatically collect information about you when you use the Service (e.g., browser type, IP address, location, time zone, device(s). You may choose not to share your location details with us by adjusting your device’s location Services settings. We may also collect information about your preferences and behaviors within the Service or outside of the Service, this is primarily to improve our Service (e.g., if you have opted into our policy, we may collect information about images that you like on the Service and then targeted games or other content to you which is related to the images that you liked).
2. Information Collected by Third Parties. The Service may include links to other websites and other content from third party businesses, and it may be accessed through third-party websites and applications (e.g., TikTok, Google, Instagram). These third parties may use cookies, web beacons or other similar technology to collect information about you. We do not have access to or control over these third parties and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. You should review each of their privacy policies.

You may opt out of this generally within the Site or App preferences, or you can disable a particular type of content if you prefer.
4.4 To Combat Misuse of the Service. We may use your personal data to protect the Service and your rights, and the rights of others, to enforce the terms and conditions applicable to Service, and to prevent prohibited or illegal activities.
5. How We Share Your Information. We share your personal data and other information with third parties in some circumstances as follows:
5.1 With Your Consent. We will share your personal data for additional purposes with your consent or at your direction, this will be either through the user preferences you set or through the use of opt in and opt outs.
5.2 In Response to Legal Requests or to Protect Rights and to Comply with Our Policies. Except as otherwise agreed by you and us, we will only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected the information (for example, to administer the games that you upload to our app or retain your statistics on leaderboards), satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. We cannot guarantee that information you posted on the Service which was then accessed by other users of the Service or shared outside of the Service will be deleted once you delete your account. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for what other users of our Service do with information or content that you publicly posted.
7. Security of Personal Data. We use reasonable technical measures to safeguard all personal data we process and to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of any personal data. Please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any personal data that we process. You acknowledge that we process your personal data at your own risk. You also acknowledge that anything you post publicly will be accessible to the public and that you do not have any expectation of privacy with respect to such material.
8. Where your data is stored. The personal data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). When we transfer your personal data to countries outside the EEA, we do so under the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., standard contractual clauses) pursuant to Commission Decision 2004/915/EC or 2010/87/EU (as appropriate) or in line with any replacement mechanism approved under EU law. 9. Updates to this Privacy Policy. We may change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the amended terms on the Service at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. In addition, you will be required to affirmatively accept the new Privacy Policy the first time you visit the Service and log in to your user account after the new Privacy Policy takes effect. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you should discontinue your use of the Service prior to the time the new Privacy Policy takes effect.
